Submission Instructions

We seek papers relevant to the open list of topics sketched in the call for papers.
Papers must be formatted according to the ACM guidelines and SIG
proceedings templates available at

http://www.acm.org/sigs/pubs/proceed/template.html

Papers should not exceed 10 pages in length including references and
appendices, but shorter abstracts (of, e.g., 2000 words) often suffice
and are acceptable as well.
